Costa Navarino Bay
Operator: Mandarin Oriental
Costa Navarino Bay was developed by TEMES and completed in 2024. It is distinguished as a premier Greek luxury destination, famous for its world-class golf courses and commitment to sustainability. The resort features 99 elegant suites and earth sheltered villas (all with private pools).
We deployed the access control infrastructure for both front-of-house guest accommodations (villas and suites) and back-of-house areas, including pantries, offices, storage, and MEP zones.
Aesthesis
Operator: One&Only
One&Only Aesthesis in Glyfada (Athens) was developed by Grivalia Hospitality S.A. as the owner/developer, with Kerzner International (One&Only) as the operator and project management by Dimand SA.
The resort consists of 128 residences (suites, villas and rooms) featuring outstanding architectural design by K-Studio, A6A, and AUDO bridging heritage with modern ultra-luxury on the Athenian Riviera.
Working closely with Dimand our company designed and implemented access control using technologies by the renowned SALTO SYSTEMS.
91 Athens Reviera
Operator: Domes
Developed and owned by Grivalia Hospitality, 91 Athens Riviera introduced the pioneering ‘Luxent’ concept—a fusion of high-end hotel luxury and sustainable tented architecture—creating Greece’s first true hybrid glamping resort.
Delivered in collaboration with Fratek (construction management), the project features an advanced access control suite by Wireless Provision. The system unifies guest and staff access control with intelligent ANPR-managed vehicle barriers, all centralized through the SALTO hospitality platform.
Amanzoe
Operator: Dolphin
Amanzoe is an ultra-luxury hilltop resort located in Porto Heli on the eastern coast of Greece’s Peloponnese peninsula. Designed by architect Ed Tuttle and opened in 2012, it is often described as a “modern-day Acropolis” due to its monumental marble columns and classical Greek aesthetic.
The resort’s standalone Pavilions—each boasting high ceilings, private pools, and signature marble-inlaid doors—along with the legendary Villa 20, are exclusively equipped with SALTO smart locking systems.
We provided the specialized hardware and executed the delicate modification of these bespoke doors to deliver a state-of-the-art access control solution without compromising their architectural integrity.
Blue Palace
Operator: Rosewood Hotels & Resorts
Blue Palace in Elounda, Crete, is owned and currently operated by Phāea. As of 2025, the property is undergoing a significant transition coordinated by TEMES, which includes a major renovation, expansion, and operation handover to Rosewood. The resort is scheduled to reopen in 2026 as Rosewood Blue Palace.
Our company, working closely with the project’s stakeholders, is actively involved in the design, supply and implementation of the Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House access control systems.

The Blue Star Chios is a modern, high-speed Ro-Ro vessel and passenger ferry that is a workhorse of the Greek ferry system, known for its speed and passenger amenities on long-distance Aegean routes.
Elyros

The F/B Elyros is a prominent Greek Ro-Pax ferry (Roll-on/Passenger) known for its luxury amenities and service, primarily connecting Piraeus to the island of Crete. It is currently operated by ANEK Lines, which is now part of the Attica Group.
Asterion II
Operator: ANEK LINES
Vessel Type: Ro-Ro/Passenger Ferry
The F/B Asterion II is a large Ro-Pax (Roll-on/Passenger) ferry currently operated by ANEK Lines. As of January 2026, it primarily serves the Piraeus–Heraklion (Crete) route.
Oldendorff Carriers GmbH

In 2026, Oldendorff Carriers celebrates its 105th anniversary as a global leader in dry bulk shipping, distinguished by a fleet of roughly 750 vessels and a 100% performance record.
We are proud to have been selected by Oldendorff Carriers to equip their new northern suburbs office in Athens—located in a beautiful protected heritage building—with SALTO access control systems and Gantner smart lockers.
The systems were integrated with their German headquarters, providing the ability to manage and control the site remotely.
